The accommodations were very clean. Everything I needed was available. A punctual shuttle service took me to the center. A good spa and a clean beautiful pool were available.
The walls between the rooms were thin. I heard neighbors talking. The bathroom felt dark. It was not cozy.

Breakfast offered varied, tasty foods. Finding fresh fruits was easy. The hotel presented a traditional fruit plate to me. This was a lovely touch. I booked a private yoga lesson. The yoga teacher was great. Check-in and check-out were fast.
The location is a little distant from the central area but shuttle service to the center is provided.

Every staff member displayed smiles; this created a welcoming atmosphere. The hospitality was exceptional; it enhanced the entire experience. Attentive staff members helped me promptly; they fulfilled all my requests efficiently. I noticed personnel cleaning constantly.

The room was spacious; it featured sufficient space for relaxation. The bathroom was well-appointed. Daily cleaning ensured my room stayed tidy. I had access to complimentary bottled water. I also received dental hygiene kits.

the breakfast buffet had many options. i received water bottles daily in my room. the staff was very polite and helpful (they really tried to meet my needs).
